Clients Module

StaffSoft's Client Information screen enables you to track information about the organizations with whom you do business.

When you edit a  Client Record, StaffSoft automatically fills in some critical information:

  • The origination date of the client’s record. 

  • The identification of the recruiter entering the record. 

  • Total permanent placements made to the client to date. 

  • The date of the last update to the record. 

  • The total billed to the client to date.

  • The total paid by the client to date.

The StaffSoft Client screen lets you: 

  • Enter up to four (4)  addresses

  • Enter, retrieve, and print all client information, including contact names, phone and fax numbers. 

  • Produce a client profile showing branch or department contacts and placement activity for each branch

  • Create user-defined fields for additional client information.

  • Track all assigned temporary workers and produce cash flow reports.

  • Send e-mail to clients.

  • Dial from the screen your clients phone numbers from a TAPI compliant devices connected to your computer (such as a modem).  StaffSoft automatically displays a Contact Manager module for recording notes.   

  • Make an appointment or a to-do item with a client; the appointment or item is then automatically transferred to StaffSoft's Time Planner or Microsoft Outlook 98 or later.

  • Generate and print StaffSoft-supplied form letters for clients, and create and edit new form letters for clients.  

  • Access the client’s job orders.    

  • Enter standard fee schedules, billing address, billing grace periods, and sales tax information  

  • Enter details on company benefits, dress code, directions, and other special notes or instructions.

  • Record notes in expandable notes fields which can be spell checked, and cut and pasted. 

  • Add pertinent accounting information once the StaffSoft Accounting Module is enable
