StaffSoft SSWeb
Summit Software's
SSWeb is an optional extra to StaffSoft 4. SSWeb creates
and maintains your website's internet job board using data exported
from StaffSoft. No more double entry! The cost of development
is eliminated for you.
After
applicants submit their profile, Summit Software's SSWeb imports the applicant's
personal data, skills, and educational information, directly into
the StaffSoft Database.
SSWeb is simple to setup. It is possible to link your website
to SSWeb in a number of ways. The SSWeb can be tailored
to look like your existing web site.
How does it work?
First,
we setup your SSWeb to use your new job board on our servers using
your website's background and graphics.

Then
you select the jobs you want your potential candidates to see, either
in SSWeb, or from StaffSoft's Job
Orders module. Only job specific data is sent to the web,
no client specific data (phone numbers, client contacts, etc.) is
ever posted.

Next,
you setup a scheduled time to send your jobs up to your job board
or choose to manually control the export. At the
same time, SSWeb can pull in all the applicants that have applied
for jobs. You can even preview your Job Board straight from
SSWeb's Admin screen.

You
may then browse the applicant's who have applied for jobs, and import
the ones you want.

Summit Software
hosts your SSWeb on our servers eliminating the need
to install software or make significant changes to your existing
website. Backups of job order data are maintained inside StaffSoft
4.
